Summer Fest Student Serve Form

Thank you for joining our team! Summer Fest will be June 9-12 (6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.) with a Family Night on June 12.

Our Teen Servant Leader Team is on a first come first serve basis, with a limited number of available spots to serve.

Parents must serve on campus if their teen(s) are serving. To register as an adult to serve at Summer Fest, please use this Link.

You are required to attend one of our Summer Fest trainings on:

May 18 at 12:15 p.m. + June 1 at 12:15 p.m.

Both trainings will be held at Pinelake Church (Madison Campus). If you have never completed Our House Promise (OHP) training before, you must complete it by June 1 to serve. OHP interviews will be held at each of the trainings.
