We are so excited for this Baby Dedication Service and for the commitment you are making to the Lord and to your family to raise your children in a Godly home. Filling out this form will register your family to participate in the Sunday, February 8, 2026, Baby Dedication Service at 4:00 p.m.

Completing this registration will also register you and your spouse for the Parent Class which is scheduled for Sunday, February 1, at 8:00 am on the Reservoir campus. This is a mandatory class to attend before dedicating your child. If you have previously attended a Parent Class at Pinelake, you will not be required to attend again but are welcome to!
